Shilla MKUNDAI, 27, is a reporter with the large and popular
Guardian Newspaper in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She has a diploma
in Journalism and has attended courses in Economic Journalism
in Kenya and South Africa. Rachel’s professional areas of
