Shilla MKUNDAI, 27, is a reporter with the large and popular
Guardian Newspaper in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She has a diploma
in Journalism and has attended courses in Economic Journalism
in Kenya and South Africa. Rachel’s professional areas of
interest are business and economy reporting and other development
issues. She is a prolific writer and has also written extensively
