Before coming to London each of the Fellows prepared a
presention on both of the following topics:
- Around the world we are all debating what journalist
integrity or independence of the press means. What does
it mean in your context, how has it changed?
- Discuss a key issue in your country and how you see
your role as a journalist in interacting with this issue.
We have hosted regular weekly seminars where they have
had an opportunity to present and answer questions. Where
appropriate, some of their presentations can be found below.

The African Studies Department of St. Antony's
College, Oxford University, hosted a visit by the Fellows
on the 2nd of March. Adil, Epiphanie, Fred and Yusuf were
selected to make presentations on their respective areas
of work, which was followed by a Q&A session that involved
all the journalists.
